All prices on the site are displayed in EUR or customer's local currency and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

All payments are processed via secure third-party providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and purchase information and to promptly update it as needed.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. Orders placed using the same customer account, card, billing or shipping address may be flagged.

If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you using the provided contact information. We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer both national and international shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. S.C. Nota Leather S.R.L. is not responsible for delays due to courier services or customs.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties. Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. A proof of purchase and return shipment tracking must be provided. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.

Items that cannot be returned include:

• Customized or personalized products (e.g., foil embossing and the products made using the customisation tool)
• Products sold under discounts, promotions, or clearance
• Limited edition items
• Used or damaged products
• Items from bundles (only the full bundle may be returned)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 8 business days of approval. We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

8. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products. If eligible, please email help@nota-leather.com. All items must be returned before the replacement is shipped.

9. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information on the website is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Any material on this site is provided for general reference and should not be relied upon exclusively for decision-making.

From time to time, Nota Leather may issue promotional codes that offer a discount on selected products.

1. Redemption Rules

• Discount codes must be applied manually at checkout.
• Promotions are valid only during the period stated.
• Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

2. Limitations & Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, promotions do not apply to:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items (e.g., embossed leather)
• Bundles and discounted sets
• Clearance or sale products
• Limited editions or exclusive collections
• Partner or third-party products sold via our website

Only one discount code may be used per order, unless explicitly stated.

3. Fraud, Misuse & Cancellations

Discount codes are non-transferable and not intended for resale or abuse. S.C. Nota Leather S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel orders or accounts found to be misusing promotions or exploiting system vulnerabilities.

We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify any promotion without prior notice.

 

 

Gift cards issued by S.C. Nota Leather S.R.L. under the Nota Leather brand represent prepaid credit that can be used to purchase eligible products exclusively on www.nota-leather.com.

1. Purchase & Activation

Gift cards are available for purchase via our online store. Upon completion of payment, a digital card with a unique redemption code will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Gift cards are valid only after successful payment.

If the buyer selects a physical version (when available), the gift card will also be shipped via tracked delivery to the address indicated.

2. Validity & Usage

• Gift cards do not expire and can be used multiple times until the full balance is spent.
• Multiple gift cards may be used in a single order.
• Gift cards may not be reloaded or used to purchase other gift cards.

3. Responsibility & Lost Cards

Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of the email address entered. S.C. Nota Leather S.R.L. is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or unauthorized use.

Lost or deleted cards can only be reissued to the original email address upon proof of identity and purchase.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If an item purchased using a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card.
• If a partial payment was made using both a gift card and another method, the refund is applied first to the alternate method.
