Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders are processed by S.C. Nota Leather S.R.L. and shipped from our working point located at Str. Viitorului 4, Ciorogârla, Ilfov County, 077055, Romania. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship both domestically (within Romania) and internationally to selected countries in the EU and worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at help@nota-leather.com for assistance.
4. Delivery Times (Estimated)
Romania: 1–3 business days via local courier services
European Union: 3–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days, depending on destination
Delivery estimates are based on courier performance and do not include customs delays. Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are out of our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, S.C. Nota Leather S.R.L. collects all applicable taxes and duties at the time of checkout, meaning that customers will not have to pay import taxes upon delivery. Your parcel will be delivered as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) in most regions.
Please note, however, that additional charges such as storage fees or customs clearance service fees (e.g., by the customs broker or local courier) may still apply depending on local regulations, and these remain the responsibility of the customer.
7. Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at help@nota-leather.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and do our best to find a resolution.
10. Force Majeure
S.C. Nota Leather S.R.L. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier disruptions).
