Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, as well as proof of shipment for the return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Please note the following items are excluded from returns:

  • Custom or personalized products (including those with foil embossing and those made using our customisation tool)
  • Products purchased as part of promotions or clearance sale
  • Limited edition products
  • Used or damaged products
  • Products purchased as part of a bundle – only full bundles can be returned

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the product arrives damaged or shows a defect related to the handcrafting process. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at help@nota-leather.com and send your item to the following address:
