See how it’s made
This is where it all comes together.
One piece at a time, built slowly with care.
All our products are made in our own workshop.
The leather is cut by hand, one piece at a time.
We finish the edges carefully so they feel smooth and stay protected.
We emboss the back with the Nota mark, and if you’ve chosen a personal embossing, we press that too by hand, with heat and pressure, one cover at a time.
If you’ve selected eyelets, we punch and set them with care.
We thread the cord choosing the right tension, knotting it cleanly.
Every step matters.
Even if it looks simple, it has to be done right.
The leather needs patience. You can’t rush the process.
We don’t work in bulk.
Each product is prepared on its own in a quiet rhythm.
That’s why no two pieces are exactly the same and why each one feels personal.
Built slowly doesn’t just mean how we make it.
It’s also how you can use it.
You can start with just a cover and a refill and add things over time as you need them.
No pressure, no fixed system. Just space to build something that fits.
If you already have one, we hope this gives you a better idea of where it came from.
If you don’t, and you’re thinking about it, now you know what goes into every piece.
We make them with the hope that they’ll stay with you for a long time.
